Rates include:

Round-trip airfare + taxes and surcharges: Hanoi – Seoul – Jeju – Seoul – Hanoi
01 piece of checked baggage 15kg + hand luggage 07kg
Visa application fee to Korea (If you already have a visa, you will receive a discount of 740,000 VND)
Visiting shuttle program
3* hotel   according to the program, 02 people / 1 room (odd groups will sleep 3 people / 1 room)
Meals according to the program: 5 breakfasts + 9 main meals (norm 8 USD/person/meal)
Enthusiastic and experienced Vietnamese tour guide according to the program
Entrance tickets according to the program (first admission)
Travel insurance according to the program
Drinking water according to the itinerary, 01 bottle of water/person/day
VAT invoice is 0%, and you must notify us to issue a VAT invoice immediately upon registration and tour deposit. After the above time, we will refuse to issue a VAT invoice.

Passport making costs
Tips for tour guide and driver (6 USD/person/day * 6 days), including children (if any)
Single room plus 50 USD/person/1 night * 4 nights
Re-entry visa to Vietnam (for overseas Vietnamese/foreigners)
Personal expenses: Phone bill, Laundry, Transportation outside the program, drinks during meals… and other personal expenses are not included as above.

Children policy

Children under 2 years old are charged 30% of adult price, sharing bed with parents
Children 2 – under 12 years old are charged 75% of the adult price, eat separately, sleep in the same bed as parents (private flight of Jeju Air/VJ Air, package price: 16,880,000 VND/child)
Children 12 years and older are counted as adults.

General policy:

As soon as you register, we will submit your visa application. The visa application processing fee is non-refundable in all cases, 2,200,000 VND/person.
Once the visa is issued, we will manage your visa until the group departs. You can come to our office to view the visa, or we will scan and send it to you. After finishing the tour, please return your passport to the tour guide so we can present it to the Embassy according to regulations. We will return your Passport to you immediately after presenting it to the Embassy.
In case you are not allowed to leave or enter the country for personal reasons, the company will not be responsible and will not refund the tour fee.
Depending on the nature of each visa application, we may require you to deposit from 100 Million VND/person to 300 Million VND/person before the group departs, this amount will be refunded immediately upon your departure. guests returning to Vietnam. If the company has notified the deposit but you do not pay the deposit (even though you have obtained a visa), it will mean that you have not completed the payment procedure and will be considered to self-cancel the tour. You will not be able to participate in the trip and the company will apply a penalty according to the provisions of the Cancellation Conditions section.

Note during the tour:

We provide a full service of equivalent or higher attractions and services in case the program must change according to the actual situation.
In case you want to change or not use the service, we will try to accommodate to the best of our ability but we do not promise to refund services booked and paid in advance in the program. We will notify you in each specific case.
General hotel regulations: check in from 12:00 – 14:00, check out before 12:00.
General regulations: International passengers must be present at the check-in counter at least 2 hours before take-off time and 1 hour for domestic flights.
Note that sightseeing trips often do not have lunch break and require a lot of walking. We will advise on more suitable programs for elderly customers and children.
